1. Use of the service
Banner.Guru generates ad creatives using AI. You may use generated banners for your own commercial and non-commercial advertising purposes, subject to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates third-party rights or platform policies. You are solely responsible for the prompts and reference materials you submit and for how you use the generated output.
3. Credits & billing
Generations consume credits. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed generations are automatically refunded.
4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of prompts and uploads you provide. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the generated output. AI-generated content may not be copyrightable in all jurisdictions.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
